Black Sage (also known as Mugwort) is traditionally used to clear heavy, stagnant or negative energy from a space, object or person. Its deep, earthy smoke is grounding and protective, making it ideal for cleansing before meditation, after difficult conversations, or when moving into a new space.

Palo Santo (Holy Wood) is used to invite in positive energy, calm the mind, and create a warm, sacred atmosphere. Its sweet, resinous scent is deeply soothing and is traditionally burned after cleansing to restore light and intention to a space.

Used together, they offer a full cleansing ritual — release what no longer serves, then welcome in what does.
